GloversPro Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction with our service is our priority. We recognize that unforeseen delays may arise, necessitating schedule adjustments. If you wish to cancel your service request, we kindly ask that you do so before our GloversPro Contractor informs you of their en route status to your location.

Our Policy:

  • Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your service after our GloversPro Contractor notifies you that they are en route to your location, a cancellation fee of $50 will apply.
  • Labor Costs for Completed or In-Progress Work: Furthermore, If the contractor has already arrived and begun the job before you cancel, you will be charged for the time spent on the job at the original hourly rate for the service you booked.

Payment:

All cancellation, and labor fees (if applicable) will be charged to the card on file.
